We invited Arthur from Dwell Designs Australia to meet with us and quote the project along with two other Architects, all were given the same brief. We chose Arthur just after one consultation based on the simple fact he understood our vision and was pleasant to engage with. Our knock down and rebuild project was not simple, we had certain requirements that needed to be met.
Our expectations were high and throughout the process Arthur was patient but never compromised his visionary eye, and this is exactly what we needed. I thank Arthur for his patience and understanding, but most importantly highly recommend Arthur for his innovative beautiful designs!

I am very happy with Dwell Design Australia led by Arthur. They are the best you can get! They have the winning combination – a lead Architect that is extremely artistic creating that WOW design (that will blow you away) but functional at the same time PLUS excellent customer service getting back to you promptly every time AND most of all, they get the job done.
I have already done 3 projects with Dwell Design and I have every plan to continue on using their services for any other future projects.
• Project 1: Dream house – Arthur design an amazing house for my husband and I. It was initially planned to be a business project but when I saw the design and the completed product, I didn’t want to sell and decided to move in. My husband and I also noticed that everyone that passes in front of our house has an awe-struck look in their faces. That’s how nice the design is.
• Project 2: Subdivision and 2 Duplex sites – This project was a flood area, had an easement in almost ¼ of the land and it was a bush with approx. 30+ trees. Despite all the constraints, Dwell Design was able to get us a DA approval resulting in a profitable venture. The real estate agent said that we hit the jockpot – from a land that nobody knew what can be done to a diamond. And thanks to Dwell Design, they made this into a reality.
• Project 3: Duplex site – I never thought that Arthur can top the design of our dream house but when I saw the Duplex design, my jaws fell. It looked even better than our dream house.
So yes, I am very happy to recommend Dwell Design Australia to everyone.
